Goal:

We place a lot of emphasis on Identifying and Attracting Talented people to consider roles with our clients.  In conjunction with the use of Advanced Technologies, we do this by Search techniques, researching and when appropriate directly approaching potential candidates.

Consultative:
Our style is to add value throughout an assignment while working expediently.  We look to provide considered advice and professional judgement throughout, offering a variety of different candidate options for clients to consider NOT fire off as many cv’s as quickly as we can.

Human Touch:
In what has become an increasingly automated recruitment industry,  our personalised and impartial approach, coupled with considered personal judgement sets us apart and ensures the best result for our clients and candidates.

Candidate Assessment:
You can't always tell a lot by a persons CV and can often miss a gem.  We work closely with our candidates, spending a lot of time with them during an assignment to understand them as people and to ensure we are fully informed in terms of why they can do the role and what value they will add to our client.

Guidance:
We work closely with our clients to ensure their interview and subsequent Human Resource processes for each assignment is well planned and all necessary information is available.  In a candidate short market, a good interview experience and a finely tuned job offer process is the difference between getting the Talented Person you want or losing that person to a competitor.

Interview Assistance:
We are happy when requested to attend our client’s interviews with candidates, assisting them through this stage.

Flexibility:
We adapt our Recruitment Process and Fee to suit each client and each respective assignment.

 

Contracting / Executive Leasing

Often our clients need additional resource or access to specific skills but only for a short to medium period.  Whether it is for a stop gap measure, project related or to raise the bar, this is where we can assist our clients with access to a range of Independent Contractors or Leased Executives.

With our Director being one of two individuals who initiated this service into the South Island market at the start of the millennium, we have a very in depth understanding and accomplished track record of how Contracting can be best used by our clients.
